​I’m a Fortune500 senior executive with 20 years of diverse leadership experience, spanning operational, commercial, and strategic roles. Most recently, I served on the management team of a publicly listed life sciences company as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, leading corporate strategy, M&A, and corporate venture investments. Today, I bring my expertise to board service, executive advisory, thought leadership and transformational coaching. With a background in mechanical engineering and a graduate certification in management, my career has taken me across the globe—working with both startups and multinational organizations. Now, I call San Francisco home.

I am a champion of healing, wholeness, creativity, and justice. A visionary leader with a gift for rallying people around a shared purpose, unlocking potential, and creating impact beyond what we imagined possible. My work is rooted in self-leadership, the belief that true leadership begins within.

A trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR) teacher, I integrate these profound disciplines, helping others cultivate presence, clarity, and alignment.

I am a writer and poet, drawn to the power of words to heal, inspire, and illuminate. As a teacher of self-leadership and an “interior designer” of the mind and spirit, I believe leadership is first and foremost an inside job. A warrior for justice, I strive to leave workplaces, projects, and people better than I found them.
